While looking for Green Kingfishers, I came across this Yellow-crowned Nightheron in the mangroves:

I quite like the lush greens in the background.

For comparisons to nightherons back home in Nth America, here is the bird above and a Black-crowned Nightheron below.

Both handsome birds in my mind!
